As I write this blog at approximately 07:30 hours the air pressure is high and the synoptic charts show that there is little or no change for the remainder of the day.
This all suggests that we are set for a fine day with plenty of sunshine. As the afternoon passes the cloud will increase a little but not enough to increase the risk of any rain beyond 6%. If you know of anyone having a wedding today it will be a fine weather day for it!
Our top temperature today will be 20-21c and overnight the minimum temperature will be around 10c. The overnight / early morning minimum temperature last night was 5.6c at 05:50 hours.
Today’s wind will be light and deriving from the NE first thing this morning before moving clockwise ending the day deriving from the SE. The average wind speed will only be around 3mph.
Today’s pollen count will be moderate but you will need to wear some sun block if you are planning to spend any extended time outdoors.
Summary: A bright day with plenty of sunny spells. Warm at around 21c.
