Back to work Tuesday (WS7 weather report 29-5-2018)

smalllogoToday sees many of us returning to work after the Bank Holiday weekend.  There may still be some lying water and debris in places after Sunday’s storm so care needs to be taken when travelling.  This is particularly pertinent if you are travelling on two wheels.

It is an overcast start and the satellite images show that it will not be until we are in the afternoon period that the clouds will dissipate to allow some bright spells to break through.  It will be a humid morning and warm afternoon with a top temperature of around 22c.  Overnight the cloud cover will increase and we may receive some light rain (40% risk).  Our overnight minimum temperature will be around 12-13c

Today’s breeze will, once again, be deriving from the NE-ENE.  The average wind speed will be around 6mph.

Summary: A cloudy start to the day but remaining dry.  Brighter spells this afternoon with a 40% risk of rain late tonight / overnight.
