A drop of rain to help the garden (WS7 weather report 8-6-2018)

smalllogoThis morning our gardens have received a drop of rain (around 4mm) to help revive them after, what has been, a dry spell of around a week.  There is a 44% risk of further light rain showers before lunch.

This afternoon the rain clouds will have completely cleared our area but it will remain cloudy.  Our top temperature will remain lower than of late at around 18c.  Overnight will see the thermometer reach a low of around 12c.  This is similar to last night.

Today’s breeze will be deriving from the NNE and the wind speed will be in the range of 4-6mph.

Looking ahead to the weekend.  We can expect to return to dry and partly cloudy weather the top temperature around the 20-21c mark.  Ideal weather for getting out and about!

Summary: An early risk of rain clearing as the morning passes leaving a cloudy but dry day.  A top temperature of around 18c.
