High level cloud (WS7 weather report 9-6-2018)

smalllogoToday sees the morning begin with a mild air temperature (13c at 08:00 hours) and a covering of high level cloud.

The cloud bed will fragment from time to time during the day and this will allow for some brighter spells to develop.  Our top temperature will be around the 20-21c mark.  Overnight the minimum temperature will be around 13c.

The risk of rain on our area today is only around 7% but the further you travel towards the west coast the higher the risk of rain becomes.

Today’s breeze will be light and deriving from the ENE.  The average wind speed will be around 4mph.

Don’t forget that is the Staffordshire Iron Man event tomorrow starting at Chasewater and also the Open Farms Sunday.

Summary: Plenty of cloud around but only a very low risk of rain.  Remaining mild.  Some brighter spells developing.
