Bright day (WS7 weather report 11-6-2018)

smalllogoWe are set for another partly cloudy with plenty of bright spells to warm up the area.

Our top temperature today will be around the 22c mark which is around 3-4c warmer than the top temperature we attained on the same day the previous two years. Tonight will also be a mild night with the minimum temperature around 11-12c.

There is a slight risk of some rain around late afternoon / early evening but this is still only an 18c risk (or, if we look at the stats the other way around then it 82% unlikely that it will rain).

Today’s breeze will, once again, be deriving from the NE and the average wind speed will be a mere whisper at around 4mph.

During the week the jet stream will position itself in a more west to east position across the UK.  Whilst we may not see too much in the way of rain we will see increasing levels of cloud cover and slightly lower air temperatures.

Summary: Another often bright day.  A top temperature of 22c with a 18% risk of rain around tea time / early evening.
