It is a very overcast and humid start to the day with the air temperature at 06:20 hours already at 13.7c.
As the morning passes the cloud bed will dissipate a little to bring us some brighter spells. As these brighter develop the relative humidity will also reduce. Our top temperature today will be around 24c and overnight the minimum temperature will only reduce to around 14c.
The satellite images do show that there is some rain cloud predominantly to the west of our area. The risk of any rain in our region from this cloud system is only around 16%.
Tomorrow, however, does see the risk of some thundery showers across central England. We will talk about this in more detail on Friday.
