A brighter start (WS7 weather report 20-8-2018)

This morning (at my 06:30 hours observations) started off a lot brighter than yesterday morning and, due to more settled air pressure, the breeze was merely a whisper.

It will be  partly cloudy but mild day with a top temperature of around 22c.  Overnight will also remain mild with a minimum temperature of around 16c.  Last night’s minimum was a very mild 16.8c.  At midnight last night the air temperature was 18.1c.

The rain radar images show a very narrow and low density band of rain heading our way around 09:00 hours.  This band is likely to simply blow beyond our area but, if we were to calculate the risk of rain from it, then it would be around 30%.

The wind will remain light throughout the day.  The average wind speed will be around 4-5mph and the wind will be mostly deriving from a SW-W arc.

Summary : A partly cloudy but very mild day.  A low risk (30%) of rain this morning.
