A cool start to the week. (WS7 weather report 19-11-2018)

The morning air definitely had a chill to it when I made my observations at approximately 06:30 hours this morning.  The overnight minimum temperature was 3.8c at 00:47 hours and by 06:30 hours the air temperature had risen to 6.3c.

There will, however, be very little further development as far as the top temperature goes today.  We should not expect the thermometer to push passed 8c today. This is a very similar position to this time last year.  Overnight the minimum air temperature will be around 4-5c.

There is a risk of some rain today with the highest risk (40%) during the early hours of the evening.  There is, however, a slightly lower risk (25%) earlier in the afternoon / lunchtime.

Today’s breeze will, once again, be bringing with it cool air from the ENE/NE.  The average wind speed will be around 8-10mph.  At 10mph the air will feel more like 5.3c (Steadmann).

Summary : A cool day with the risk of the odd light shower.
